NIEMI FOUNDATION GRANTS
The Board of Niemi Foundation decided to give 31 grants. The sum of grants is 418 886,- euros altogether concerning application year 2019.
Application year 2020 The Board of Niemi Foundation made decision to give 24 grants covering 250.579,- €.
The Board of Niemi Foundation gave positive decision of grants to 26 applicant, 350.800,- euros all together in Foundation’s annual meeting 2021.
The foundation grants are focused to fund economic research on the field of agriculture and forestry.
WHO CAN APPLY
Niemi foundation grants are allocated mainly to support PhD studies in areas of economy of agriculture and forestry.
WHEN TO APPLY
Application period is open once a year, from the beginning of September to the end of September. Year 2023 final time to leave application is 29.9.2023 4 pm.
HOW TO APPLY
The foundation will accept application for grant only via online application system. Link to the system
Decisions of awarded grants are published normally at the beginning of December in the same online application system.
